Not most of them, no. They're likely here to enjoy photos and videos of pregnant women to satisfy whatever it is they personally like about them, and don't imagine themselves pregnant.

That's not to say those folks aren't also here, though. Personally, I like to fantasize sometimes, but I have no interest in roleplaying that with anyone else.

When I was a teenager, I did, once or twice, stuff a light pillow under my shirt just to see what it’s like, but did not really create a habit of the act. Didn’t help mom was walking by, and almost saw me if it wasn’t for me accidentally dropping it (I was watching that show Strip Poker, I think on USA network at the time).

Personally, I just love looking at pregnant women. I’m also a fan of belly inflation (maybe that came with the pregnancy fetish, the expansion of the stomach and other parts of the body). But as I get older, I’m looking at pregnancy material more than expansion material nowadays. Maybe it’s my primal desire to bear fruit. Who knows.

As others have said, the vast majority of men with this fetish prefer to admire pregnant women, but there's definitely a small subset who enjoy (or focus exclusively on) pretending/roleplay/mpreg.

I'm indifferent to it, but think there's room enough for everyone here.

Started out with this fetish just liking pregnant women. Still use this site mainly for that, but fantisising about being pregnant has grown on me over time (excuse the pun). It's more a want to know what it feels like at this point.

I RP as being pregnant pretty often now, that and a mix of other stuff so that every one of them isn't the same. Although it's mainly playing as pregnant women, mpreg doesn't come into it that much. Thinking it's like if I wanted to be like the people I find sexually attractive might as well go all in with the fantasy.

I’d say 99.9% of men are here to get off on looking at pregnant women and desire to make contact with actual females for role play purposes.
