I did some research and it appears that the film you mentioned is called "La Blue Girl Vol. 2: Birth of the Demon Child." It's the second part in a 3-part live action adaptation of the hentai manga animated series La Blue Girl. Unfortunately it appears the movie is nearly lost to history. I was unable to find any video clips and no evidence that it is streaming anywhere online. The only image that can be found is the art used for the DVD case. I included it in this post for reference. Speaking of DVDs, I found a listing on eBay selling a single copy of the film for $50. That price is likely due to how rare it is. I'm not sure if I'd spend that much just to get a belly busting scene however I am considering taking the hit for the community.

I found a few episodes of the animated show on tnaflix.com when I was looking for the live action movie. Not sure if they have any pregnancy content.
