(April 6, 2022, 8:44 am)Feunski There's nothing in the constitution that prohibits this.

Here's some American history that should never be forgotten. The majority of states had laws allowing forced sterilization of women, usually in the context of receiving government assistance or being in a mental institution. This was often targeted towards non-whites and was rationalized as protecting society's morality. In 1964, Legislators in Mississippi proposed making pregnancy out of marriage a felony, with the punishment being either prison or sterilization. These laws are still on the books in 31 states and Washington D.C. Even to this day, judges will offer reduced sentences if convicts submit to sterilization. An OB/GYN in Georgia was caught giving forced sterilizations to women at an immigrant detention center only two years ago.

American eugenics programs were actually studied by the Nazis and used during the Holocaust.
The facts you have pointed out are far from being forced population control. Sterilization programs are written to be optional. The government is not telling people that they must become sterilized then rounding up those who refuse and making them sterile against their will. Even in the mental institution scenario, someone in the family must give consent for the sterilization to be carried out if the patient lacks the ability to make decisions. In a prison setting an inmate being given the option of a reduced sentence in exchange for being made sterile can decline the offer. It's likely that Mississippi's "forced" sterilization legislation stopped being enforced years ago. In fact, there are many laws that were written decades ago that are still on the books but are not being recognized as laws in the modern world.

The constitution or more specifically the bill of rights which are 10 amendments that were made to the constitution is a layout of what the government cannot do to the people. The 9th and 10th amendments provide the people protection from the government interfering with childbearing.

The Ninth Amendment
Listing specific rights in the Constitution does not mean that the people do not have other rights that have not been spelled out.

The Tenth Amendment
The Federal Government only has those powers delegated in the Constitution. If it isn't listed, it belongs to the states or the people.

There is nothing in the Constitution that gives the government control over the reproductive systems of the people therefore forced population control is considered unconstitutional. The states can introduce legislation but a bill that gives politicians control over our reproductive systems will never see the light of day.

(April 6, 2022, 4:46 am)Thechickenlawyer I always thought it was a good idea for the government to make teen pregnancy illegal & college pregnancy illegal.. they are just scared to do it. Teen moms keep saying they're good moms but people without degrees or certifications can't be good moms (unless ur rich) & those living on their own are about as smart as Fox News watchers. Telling teens to wait or use birth control ain't workin

Lastly: yes there is a census but not all people fill it out. Social media shows it is not dropping. Birth control is NOT as effective as they say it is. The companies pay scientists & doctors to keep quiet. I've done some work & a friend showed me tons of millions of posts of females who used it & got pregnant. If over 100 million females use it & ot keeps failing, it needs to be improved. If the real number went out, it would partially replace Ukraine in the news.

The reason why some of our favorite celebrities (according to us) have never gotten pregnant is easy: look at Vanessa H (from Disney) & Lucy Hale.. they were on 2 different BC commercials. Why? To make it popular. I bet they used it & got pregnant many times.. no female wants to get an abortion (or take the pills) every few months. Some of our fave celebrities probably: hid from their guys & society, gave birth & gave the babies to women then got their body back.
The first paragraph, wow, like do you realize how crazy that is, not to mention wrong. The third one just goes to show how superficial our society is….
Why is the 1st paragraph wrong? Imgine if there was some law or rule where you can't get pregnant until 21? If you got it before 21.. no family member or friends can adopt it, your options are abortion or drop the baby off. Maybe that would be a good thing. Fox news watchers are smarter than teen moms. That goes double for Trump supporters. Using birth control is like: "if I leave the doors unlocked in my home & I turn my alarm off, I won't get robbed" only to find out ya did get robbed!

Sadly our society values celebrities more than everyone else. Maybe doctors should stop seeing them & don't save em if they are hurt. I bet that would make the famous people think. I really do think the famous women in those 2 birth control commercials probably did get pregnant a lot on it & chse to give a baby up.

Lastly: there's a peoblem with unemployment now.. as a result of the pandemic, companies hired people with no background check, no drug tests because they needed workers. Turns out a lot of fraud happened. So everyone is getting paperwork saying they must prove they got the money legally. They have a short time or the feds come after them.
I’m not even going to grace some of the post with a reply BUT do you really want to give someone the power to control human reproduction? Everywhere that’s been tried it’s been incredibly repressive and led to atrocities…. And the shout your abortion crowd would like a word with you….
Go ahead, there is nothing you can say to anger me or make me upset. If we don't control reproduction then we end up with more teens & college students with kids who end up uneducated. We also will eventually end up like a Mat Damon movie (every country in the world endes up being poor while the rich & famous lived in space). Parents shouldn't have to wonder each day from age 13 if their girls will end up pregnant. Making teen pregnancy illegal isn't bad. What do u think teens will do if they get pregnant but they can't keep the baby? (Really asking).

I did write a paper on birth control not being as effective as they say it is & I got an A on it years ago. Unless someone is a lesbian (or very religious) the average female can't go 3 years without getting pregnant. All our favorite female celebrities have had babies at least twice. That explains why Kat Dennings & Sydney (from Euphoria) have huge D Cup boobs. & i love pregnancy but the bigger problem is: who will fix the trash & climate problem in this world? There is a phrase about the babies being born now, adults & teens alive now are the future of our planet.. we are so fucked!

I see why you’ve got a bad rep on here, no thanks…we don’t need population control…look what it’s caused in China….later

There’s no population control going on. It’s in the interest of the global elites to let the global south have as many children as possible so there is more cheap labor. In western nations, it follows a similar concept. Higher population means a larger work force, but there’s nothing that says the number of jobs will increase.

Even with all of that, these conspiracy theories are stupid because it demands that EVERY nation on earth has to be working together. As we’ve seen in recent years, that’s borderline impossible.

Remember, the idea of population being a “problem” was spread around by a bug researcher going oh Johnny Carson….in Asia they implemented population control policies because of him…..

In the US, people can decide what they want to do for a living.. but adults tell us that we need a degree (preferably a masters or doctorate) to make the most money, if that isn't good, then a certification. But thanks to social media & music.. they may choose porn. Life was easier before social media. The only boobs & ass we saw back then were ours after a shower.

As for working together.. Trump almost made our allies hate us until Joe cleaned the mess up. I'm scared to see who will run in 2024 because Joe will be too old to run. It's only a matter of time until Trumpsters tro to attack the White House or try to burn it down. Plus with what's going on with Russia, Ukrainians are losing. Biden will have to get involved by 2023. If that happens there will be a war & those of us still alive will be hunting for food.

(April 6, 2022, 11:38 am)Feunski @"BabyInBumpsOut" That was true for the short-term, but having children is a long-term investment.

Which is something people here don't understand. Once they realize how much birth, a trip to the hospital, and the very bare nesessities a newborn requires then they won't say a word about wanting women to be baby factories.

This is the only fetish can bankrupt and ruin lives.

I’ll just come out with my politically incorrect opinion….you want wages to go up? Tell women to stop working….wage stagnation started in the 70s when women flooded the labor market. Think about it, it’s basic economics….you double the supply (of labor) you halve it’s value (otherwise known as pay.) Is it the only reason, no, but it’s impact is ignored by most for fear of ruffling feathers.
