If I lived on my own, I would have invested in one several years ago. I was never impressed with the 'look' of them a decade ago, but in recent years I've seen some on the market which whilst they're of course still 'fake', do look fairly reasonable now. Obviously under a t-shirt or similar, you'd never know. 

If I ever had the opportunity to live on my own, it would seriously be one of the first items I'd buy.
