I was not clear whether you meant dropping buying/viewing videos or dropping the fetish entirely. You can get rid of the videos, but you can't just drop the fetish. It's like quitting being gay; it doesn't work. The two of you will have to come to terms with it on some level.

No trouble about bringing the thread back. In my past relationships, I've confessed my fetish to three women. One was okay but started to get paranoid (And honestly it was justified, I was a creep at the time), and the other two have been completely okay about it. One of them really liked it.

As others have said, take relationship advice from here with a grain of salt, but I would say it's perfectly okay to be open and communicative about your wants with your partner. It sounds like a fairly healthy relationship, and that means you should both be able to speak candidly about what you'd like in the bedroom.

My only other advice is, do try and also be receptive if she has any kinks/fetishes of her own, within legal boundaries of course. It's actually a very bonding thing to scratch each other's itches.

My experience was similar to yours in that I built it up to be much scarier in my mind than it was in reality.  You've already done the hard part by revealing your fetish.  Asking if she's interested in role play is just a small step from where you are now.

If you're nervous about how to ask, I'll suggest three key points:
1) I sometimes find myself imagining what you'll look like when you're pregnant, and the thought always turns me on.
2) I love you and want to be able to more fully share that experience with you.
3) Would you be interested in role playing that you're pregnant with me?

What that role play entails is for the two of you to decide, but there are two important things to remember.  First, you have to always and unconditionally respect whatever answer she gives, even if it's initially "yes" but later changes to "no".  Second, she will feel more appreciated and valued if you demonstrate through action that role playing pregnancy is not the only thing about her that you find attractive.

That conversation with my then-girlfriend resulted in us buying a silicone pregnant belly, and my now-wife will occasionally surprise me by doing things like wearing the belly on out-of-town dates and packing it for vacations (pictured), just because she knows I enjoy and appreciate the special times when she does.  Your mileage may vary.  Best of luck!

Thank you man, im glad it wasnt too much. theres some more to the story funny enough, she used to struggle with her weight when she was younger and was bulimic at a point, her prior pregnancy ( 2009) put all the weight on and she was so busy being a parent and existing she never got around to fixing the weight, then i come along and she was completely mind blow by the idea and jumped right on the nachos after wards.
