So is gaining weight the goal? No judgment on anyone into that, but if the interest is in a tight, stretched, pregnant looking belly you'd probably be better off sticking to stuffing/bloating or inflating than gaining, just given the difference between being chubby and having a belly stretched big and full. Either way increasing your belly capacity is gonna help how big you can get and how far along you can look
