I love seeing pregnant women in any sort of tight, stretchy looking material. Be it dresses, tops, or maternity leggings, I love them all. Spandex too. But for the sake of looks, I like the tight dresses the best and offer a great example: Natalie Portman.

Whatever doesn’t fit anymore, and especially whatever BADLY doesn’t fit anymore... shirts, dresses, buttons, zippers, overalls, pants, shorts, lingerie, swimwear, workout gear... whatever her belly and tits are just exploding out of and/or barely containing, that’s my favorite! Like a protest against maternity clothes, or kind of the closest we get to what a rapid pregnancy would look like, or the fantasy of outright denying that she’s pregnant at all! In my head I attribute a lot of my favorite fantasies to this look.

My wife has a skirt-ini and I think it's the cutest thing on her. She hasn't started filling out yet, but I can't wait to see her belly bloom over that mini skirt.

It doesn't matter to me what kind of clothing or lack thereof that would stimulate me, as I find the very nature of pregnancy to be titillating. But if I were to pick a favorite, I'd go for regular clothing, since that's what I'm used to seeing pregnant women on when I grew up with the fetish.
