A very tight dress that wraps around the belly, preferably white because it seems more visible in that color. Also when you can see the bellybutton popped out through the dress.

Clothes that don’t fit her anymore. Any top that either exposes the bulge or allows the bottom of it to hang out. I love sweat pants because they look so easy to pull down for a pee, on demand fuck, or a sudden and fast birth that’s not going to wait until she gets to the hospital.

Above all else my preferred way to see preggos is naked.
