Doesn't hurt the scene one bit. The people who call tell it's a fake generally stay away while those who don't care and just want to see a giant belly will be satisfied.

Yeah, if it's a good fake one and if it's a good way to avoid getting your girlfriend pregnant 13 years in a row, I am very all for a good quality fake belly, and since I know what the real ones feel like, I think a consensus could be reached on a good fake one that meets all the requirements. Well, meets as many is physically possible given technology.

I agree as long aa you know its fake and they arent trying to like scam you its cool. Best part of fame bellies is that they can get huge. Like super huge that normal bellies cant. Like the old inflate a babes or iluvbeingpregnant on youtube
