This is a bit of a specific request here. I'm looking for any photos of pregnant bellies which expand left and right beyond a mothers typical body profile.

In the picture I've attached, you can see how in regular pregnancies, the circular shape of the belly is contained within the body profile.
I'm looking for any bellies which breaks that rule, and the belly appears to be bulbous, expanding left and right.

This is generally not how anatomy works, but I'm hoping that in some edge cases or some photos with specific camera angles, or in scenarios where mom is laying down on her back and gravity is pushing the belly back and out, that you would get this impression or something very close to it.

First things that come up in my mind are Audrey from pregnant usa and harleylette (did I spell that correctly...)

it's easier to get that kind of impression if the camera is panned upwards and moved closer towards the belly
