Honestly couldn't tell ya

Something about the contrast between youthful naivety or innocence and obvious sexuality and responsibility.

Well I would clarify that for unknown reasons, I like the belly. If a female could have it all the time, I'd love it. BUT I also like the taboo-ness of them having sex. They aren't socially supposed to. Although I am not as much into it as I used to be. But I'm still interested.

I've been trying to get away from it cause I feel so guilty about it but it's hard

First of all, I like a pregnant belly - it makes a woman look beautiful. I don't know how to explain it: it is aesthetically pleasing to look at it and sometimes you want to touch the belly.
Being pregnant is a very responsible decision for any age. But as for teenage pregnancy specifically - it amazes me how strong female organism. To get pregnant, carry and give birth to a child at an early age - I consider it a serious challenge and an achievement for both the girl and her still growing body. I guess that's what attracts me to such a taboo pregnancy.

A little guilt and shame keeps one grounded in humanity.  I can say I'll always react physiologically when I see or hear about it... It's slightly embarrassing, and it sucks that there's very few places outside of this forum that I can enjoy liking it openly. But it's just a thing about me.  LOL My parents found out when I was a teen, and sent me to a phycologist... He helped me to like... accept it, understand it, live with it...  But like I said...still embarrassing... It's just my quirk.  It's not going to go away or change.   I don't know your circumstance though...  I would cautiously say that if you're having trouble stopping an impulse to do more than fantasize, talk to a phycologist.  Or if you're too much in fantasy.  Thier job should be to help you help yourself.

Imo, it's only a cultural decision to impose shame. You're only shamed if your older and like younger women. Nobody shames a teen for liking another teen. 

From a biological perspective, and woman who is capable of getting pregnant is inherently post pubescent and therefore going to display the physiological markers of fertility. 

Males are wired to be attracted to physical markers of the most fertile women including:

- body symmetry
- lack of deformation 
- healthy complexion 

These characteristics tend to degrade with age so it reasons that women are at their most attractive in their late teens/early 20s.

All of the above plus skinny teens have the best bumps

Seeing a pregnant teen is like seeing a Unicorn in real life. Or winning the lottery. But as some have said before, I really love the pregnant belly, the shape of it on a teen who is still growing can get super interesting and I find it fascinating. I find pregnant women attractive, not gonna deny it, but seeing a pregnant teen is more along the lines of interesting and fascinating than raw attraction.
