As someone who has been on deviantArt for almost 17 years, I will have to link my faves....

Very revered figure, a saint if you would, of our people. Anyone who was on the internet in like 2000-2003 knows why. And while I am not my own favorite artist, I am going to link my page here too, because maybe you guys will find something you like, maybe you won't. I do write a lot too, have a lot of pregnancy themed/centered short stories. If you like low fantasy barbarian/mercenary preggos, I got you. I don't know many preggo-focused artist anymore since I've fallen into the vore/bbw rabbit hole. I like Lewdlemage and Softservice.
Aside from Dr. Worm, I have to say Maternal Reads is consistiently amazing. For birth art specifically, Joethestone on pixiv is by far my favorite, but they haven't uploaded anything in so long
I haven't heard of some of these artists. Guess checking them out wouldn't hurt, just hope that their art is good.
