The top 5 for me in no order are: 
-Katy Perry: man this pregnancy was in my wish list and this purple swimsuit ?
-Sophie Turner: that was the pregnancy that I did not know that is all I need really pregnancy suits her 
-Shawn Johnson: the big short that pregnancy delivers in both the first and the second that big belly was oh my god 
-Colleen Ballinger: That twins pregnancy will stay in the books forever 
-Halsey: The way she showed us during the pregnancy and that big belly and the nudes in the movie with the growing boobs that was the perfect combination 
Honorable mention: Emma Stone; I know that this was not the best or anything but man in three outings she delivered I think if she showed more it would be a great one for sure and finger crossed for another soon as she is my favorite

1.jenna dewan- sexy as hell in both pregnancies
2. Shawn johnson- both pregnancies sexy and big
3. Mila jovovich- big and sexy love the hiking pics
4. Emma stone- delivered with each outing, wish no mask and more skin but good overall
5. Melissa benoist- lots of potential hype, her insta video she did pregnant gave a little show

And I very disappointed with celebs who less appear / go outside

For this year alone of the Covid era (kinda sucks that we're close to entering the third year of it, but whatever), my current top pics are Shawn Johnson, Ashley Graham, and Colleen Ballinger. For good reason, guys.

Shawn, it was her second pregnancy from her husband who's much taller than her. Really, I was amazed she could reach her arms past her belly near the end there.
Ashley, I'm aware that she hasn't given birth yet. But guys, right now, she's getting to the same level as Shawn was since it's both a second pregnancy and a twin pregnancy. She has a good chance of getting as big as Colleen did, which is really saying something.
And we can't forget about Colleen, though. Like I said, second pregnancy and  twin pregnancy. I'm legitimately surprised she could still walk by the end, and wasn't surprised in the slightest when she had to give birth early.

Really, all three of these ladies could be great contenders for pregnancy of the year. The only reason I'm not choosing my number one out of the three of them is because I suck at choosing
