Height
This perhaps is the most important factor because the shorter the woman is the less room her uterus will have to expand upward therefore it will grow outward which will give the belly a much larger appearance because of how far it will protrude. Also, a small woman will look overpowered by her swollen belly more than a tall woman would.

Multiples
The more babies the woman is pregnant with the bigger her uterus will have to expand in order to make room for the fetuses. 

Polydiamnios
This condition occurs when the protective sac housing the baby fills with excessive amounts of amniotic fluid. This will cause the uterus to expand further than needed resulting in a seriously huge pregnant belly. It will make a single pregnancy belly look like a multiple pregnancy belly.

My wife had polyhydramnios with one of her pregnancies. She was measuring 2 months ahead of what she should have.

 Wow that’s amazing I love this condition. It can be a medical emergency if the fluid buildup causes severe swelling in other areas of the woman’s body. Thanks for the correct spelling. I just noticed I had it wrong.

I'm mostly disappointed with Chinese and Koreans, who don't often get that big.
The exception seems to be mixed-ethnicity pregnancies.
I see quite a few where I am, and it's usually pretty obvious which woman have non-Asian husbands.
For example, there was this lady from last weekend.   She is supposedly due in October, but is huge already.
Her husband is a giant white guy (not one of the weird non-social-distancing men in the background).

Jesus, October?! She'll be massive.

To add to the discussion, even though Asian women may not get larger from an absolute perspective, they tend to have smaller frames which I think can make them appear relatively larger.

I have seen belly sizes run the gambit despite race. Baby size isn't the only factor. I have seen women have 8lb babies and hardly show at all, while others look huge but have a smaller baby.

Big or small, I like them all :p

Asian people are generally smaller than white people, so Asian girls pregnant by white men usually have it harder than white women pregnant by Asian men. White women pregnant by Asian men have lower rates of Caesarean births and a lower risk of gestational diabetes.

Some of the biggest women posted on this site have been Slavic, so I'm gonna go with that.

Black girls seem to get the "most" pregnant (huge round curved belly, popped belly button, big pair of tits and buttcheeks to complement it) but ugh... Not real big on dark features personally.

 The reason people think black women get bigger than other races is because black women tend to be more curvy by default and are usually thick and have big breasts, and big butts so when they get pregnant these features become more enlarged. It seems that white women are equaling black women nowadays when it comes to body thickness. Not all black women get huge when they are pregnant and the same goes for whites which goes to back to my original comment that race is not a primary determining factor for how large a pregnant woman’s belly will grow. 

Belly size is genetic and depends on a lot of other conditions such as how the woman’s non pregnant body developed and how it responds to the effects of pregnancy. I find dark pregnancy features erotic and more pleasing to look at. Nothing like a pair of dark nipple/areola engorged milky breasts.
