Currently 7 weeks on my second pregnancy. 13 weeks was when I started to get an increased sex drive with my first because I had virtually no symptoms after the first trimester.

With this one I have awful nausea and back/hip pain so I kind of just wait until I feel okay and cum as much as possible while I can until the cycle repeats it’s self. Second trimester is always the best IMO. Bump is there but not too big that physical activity is a struggle, there’s no fear of sex hurting the baby, and all the extra blood flow makes sex feel better and I always orgasm much quicker.
