As the title says, it could be something you've seen in a game, a movie or maybe this is an idea you would personally love to see that probably hasn't been done yet.

Starting this off, something I know is in the game Amnesia: Rebirth - Belly rubbing mechanic. Who else agrees? Any game where you're playing a pregnant protagonist and you're given a mechanic that's either useful like calming your character down or it simply exists like an in-world interactable. If it expanded on that, I'd personally put in a button prompt to playfully poke your popped outie belly button.

Agree with the Belly rubbing thing. Looking down and seeing a bump instead of a nothing/shoes is a welcome surprise
That and pregnant characters acnologing their pregnancy in more than a joke way. Like in a game a pregnant protagonist complaining when she needs to crawl somewhere due to belly size, or a random line to say baby was kicking as you're going through an area

For TV shows I'd love to see more characters being pregnant but it not being there for jokes. Like, they're just pregnant and talk about it sometimes without there being the "male character doesn't know how to react" joke. That may just be the type of media I watch always having that trope though.

More lesbian couples who are pregnant at the same time

This goes beyond pregnancy but more casual nudity. Like nudity is always sexual in a lot of films and that kinda annoys me. I grew up in the kinda family where nudity wasn't feared. My brother spent years wearing just a dressing gown and nothing underneath and i never really thought about it. So seeing preggos and people in general walk round their houses in the nude because y'know some people just do that would be nice.

Belly rubbing as said above. Both from pregnant people rubbing their own bumps ajd encouraging others too. And as also said above just less tropey pregnancies. Have a pregnancy because y'know it happens sometimes. Not for a joke or ooo drama. But just because peop have kids sometimes.

Pregnancy with multiples? I feel like those are really only ever used as an integral plot device and not something that just happens to be part of the plot. Something along those lines.

More natural births in horror films where the pregnant woman survives the birth instead of belly bursting births where the pregnant woman dies.
