It's about the belly reaching its perceived limit, and having to squeeze its contents out through the narrow way in which the seed came in, nine months ago. It's all about the similarities and contrasts between birth and impregnation. At best the process of "planting the seed" feels good, with the woman wanting the bearer of the seed to go "deeper" inside her. While giving birth to the fruits of that seed is a sexually painful undertaking, with the woman wanting nothing more than to be rid of what the seed bearer put inside of her. She just wants it out.

The same muscles that gripped and squeezed the seed bearing organ to make it release its liquid seed must now stretch to accommodate and bear the very solid fruit if that seed.
Same goes for the cervix, albeit a bit more extreme as the tiny dimple of an opening had no trouble allowing passage of microscopic spermatozoa, but now must stretch open into a ten centimeter ring, being pushed, pulled stretched and thinned by the contracting muscles of the organ that makes up that big beautiful belly..

The same juices that ensured a pleasurable penetration nine months ago are now augmented and thickened to help ease the process of birthing.

As for the "fruit of the womb", the baby, it more or less is symbolic.

In fictional dramas, horror shows, sci fi, comedy and fantasy, the baby represents the one who put it in the woman in the first place.

Aside from that, I've always found the phrase "I can see the head" to be oddly sexually suggestive in dramas where they don't show the birth, but have a character thrust up between a laboring character's wide spread knees, obviously focused on the pregnant and laboring character's supposedly widely dilating genitalia.

Another contrast. A head, the glans, goes in, spreading and stretching the folds, and nine months later a head comes out, doing the same, but to the extreme, turning a swollen labial cleavage into first a teardrop shape, and then into a softly pointed "O" by all the stretching.

Not to kink-shame, but labor and delivery has zero erotic value for me. I love everything about pregnant women right up to the moment where she 'goes medical'. When the water breaks, the fun is over for me.

Belly Button
It's part of the pregnancy fetish which does absolutely nothing for me, personally. For me, it has the opposite effect and it's something I find generally off-putting. The same goes for many other 'vore' aspects.

To me, the birth symbolises the end of the pregnancy and therefore 'the end' as far as the pregnancy fetish goes. My interest is on the pregnancy itself, the expansion of the belly e.t.c, rather than the 'epilogue'.

Indeed - I mean no disrespect to those who enjoy the birth side of things. We're all different and have our own kinks which others don't appreciate - it's just the business over birth doesn't appeal to me at all.

Damn, that was detailed....but pretty good. I've heard some of this and it makes sense, kinda like....it just doesn't do it for me erotically though.

I get it, the moaning, the pain, the intensity of labor is erotic. I wish I had a tolerance for being filmed while in the worst pain of my life (I don't, it's instantly like, turn the camera off") so I don't have any of the really painful parts filmed.

What I DON"T get, is the DOZENS of emails and messages I recieve monthly of people asking for birth videos that include THE BABY in it. They are only interested if the baby is shown.... Babies DO NOT belong in porn videos.

Yeah, that's a bit of an oddity, with the baby.  Maybe the reasoning goes a bit like this...
It's a bit immature, I'll grant, but it goes back the the contrast of impregnation sex and giving birth.
Just a bit of self experience.

I was once told a dirty joke on a school yard. The joke goes like this. "Have you ever had a pussy stretched over your head? No? Then you must have been born an asshole baby".

See the line of questioning is so bizarre and sexually grotesque (what nowadays is referred to as vaginal vore/unbirth fetish) that an individual with little to no experience with female anatomy would reflexively say 'no.'

So that leaves the questioned individual open for the assertion of an even more grotesque suggestion of being born from an anus while getting the individual uncomfortable by thinking of their own birth in a somewhat lewd and sexual way.

The point is where the baby is usually concerned is the sort of grotesque spectacle of a head emerging from a lady's privates.  That's mostly the draw that I encounter in the fetish. I mean, to a degree, the head is more like an object that causes the crowning, the gaping.  Squashed and stretched into a conical egg shape by the forces of birth, the emphasis of the fetish tends to be placed on the growing area of scalp widening the vaginal opening and labia during crowning.

Similarly, there are things that just sort of hit a certain way during a birthing.
Case in point, the National Geographic documentary, In The Womb, at the bit where the attractive blonde mother finally goes into labor and they depict the delivery.

They have this simulated baby with its head being jostled around and pressed upon by these undulating pink walls of flesh, set in a dark and watery background, to a track of the woman's muffled sounding wails and moans of labor set on repeat.  The narrator talks about how the head presses down on the cervix, and makes a comparison to how nine months ago the last thing to pass through was a microscopic sperm cell, the one from the intro.   They show the head descending into the darkness out of view, accompanied by a particularly deep feminine groan, then cut to shots of the actual crowning, ending with a head dangling out of the blonde woman's backside as the midwife cheerily informs "Here's your baby!" while it is still stuck in the mom and she only cries out in reply.

So then the midwife takes the head, and literally pulls the baby out, more like how a bovine calf or horse foal needs to be pulled from a cow or mare, rather than having the mother push it out herself. The baby just seemed too darn big for that.  In a split second you see the mother's ass cheeks parted to oblivion with this tremendous gape of her perineum and vaginal opening.   Then it cuts to a baby in the foreground with a wet blue umbilical cord dangling from beneath/between the mother's returned to normal buttock cleavage, the vagina now hidden from view, as you can hear the mother moan in relief, "Oh, thank god!".  I get that it's not porn, but those particular elements, the pulling, the gaping and stretching, and the sight of the cord disappearing back into the mother hit in a certain strangely erotic way.

I guess the rest of why a baby would be of interest to be seen would be for breast feeding, but for me if the baby does anything at all its the idea of another body grown inside a woman and then having to find its way out through the narrow crevice between her legs.  And I think that's why there's such a fertile genre dealing with perversions of pregnancy and birth, like unbirthing, egg laying, tentacles, UFO aliens etc. Removing the baby but keeping what the baby's birth physically does.  Hell, even cases of magic or science that remove having sex from the equation, so the birth itself is the only penetrative action the heroine experiences during her breeding (Xena:Gabrielle’s Hope, Abraxas Guardian of The Universe, Warlock:The Armageddon, Stranded (2013)).

Only people that get off on graphic birth vids will understand why they are hot. To those who think it is bonkers all I can say is the baby IS NOT the focus. It’s what’s happening to the birthing mother.

Like I said before trying to explain it to people that don’t understand is futile. They are going to judge it and arrive at their own conclusion and that’s perfectly okay.

1st: pain is a part of life, nothing wrong with watching others in pain. Everyone has seen & been through worse. Think of it like school: it will be over before ya know it.

As for the borth part.. the part the guy's like isn't the baby in particular but-> the baby crowning & the mom moaning (or even better if the baby is breech.) That's all. Maybe it would be helpful for you & other *insert gender here* that do porn to recreat the birth but since you think real babies don't belong in porn then just use a fake baby or toy. The guys will accept it.
