If you can’t drink (like pregnant women) and are at a party with champagne, what’s the best thing to drink that LOOKS like champagne? I’d guess apple juice or ginger ale.

Welch's non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice. Both kids and pregnant women drink it on New Years to celebrate.
