It seems like a lot of media seems to have certain fetishes as more common on places like deviantart. Are there any shows/movies/comics/etc that have a lot of fanfics and fanart that revolves around pregnancy?

Probably reality TV. (I.e Baby story on TLC, 16 and Pregnant) there was a show on NBC about 8 years ago called the New Normal about a gay couple and their souragate.
