Maybe I'm living under a rock.

Nowadays people post videos on the "Share your drive" thread.  A lot of the time the videos will not play on my end, and sometimes they come up with a "Video Still Processing" ad.  

Now I'm doing this on an iPad with a data plan, no wifi.  Is it just my shitty device, or is it Google cracking down on sharing porn?  

I thought people were saying we should move away from Google Drive going back a year or two, but people are still sharing Google Drive links and I have trouble seeing 80% plus of it.

Google's less been cracking down on porn itself, but more of copyrighted content (ie TMC or C4S content) since there's still drives from 5 years ago that are still up n running.

From my experience, I've only ever had 1 video that stayed at the "Video still processing" phase.

There hasn't been a tried and true Google Drive replacement yet. The only two that came close were Mega and Cloud.mail, but those fell flat out of favor to Google Drive since it's easier to copy n paste and sync drives together on there. Not to mention both Cloud and Mega were taking down copyrighted content too, so people just stuck with Google.

Does "copyrighted content" include videos pulled from YouTube?  A lot of the stuff I'm unable to watch is not your usual "paid content.". For example, in many cases it's just YouTube videos uploaded to Drive.

It shouldn't since I've never came across a Youtuber who was taken down drives with her content in them.
