Here you go.  She wasn't in the best pose to make her huge, I wasn't quite happy with the interface between her enlarged belly and left thigh.

Yes, if they are posed properly.  They usually don't come out as well, but sometimes they are pretty good.  Again, depends on the original photo (side shot is preferred, plus there are a lot of other variables). Basically all the morphs in the WWE superstars thread were none pregnant base images.
