Found it on twitter, but the uploader is one of these fella's that post without context, and apparently never replies to tweets.

No luck doing a reverse search either before anyone mentions it (although Yandex did net me some unrelated belly content ...small win I guess)

A user on Deviantart posted the same screenshot with the title. Copy/pasted that and got the youtube result

On Deviantart? preggo1001. They post pretty regular stuff any preggo kink user posts on there. Maybe more stuff from shows/movies than others, but usually nothing that all of us here aren't already aware of
