It kills me that I can't make video games because there is simply a lack of really good pregnancy/breeding games. Most of the stuff out there are those silly anime-style flash games you find on sites like New Grounds. The Sims 4 is limited and you have to rely on mods and cheat codes just to get women pregnant. I'm looking for something more realistic, like a GTA type of free roam world based game where all you do is sleep with women and get them pregnant. No cheats and cumbersome mods needed. The game would give you full control of each pregnancy allowing you to choose how many babies the woman has and how big she gets. There would be lactation options as well as water break and birth options. You would be able to choose if you want home births or hospital births. Water births, on all fours births, missionary births etc.

The game would also allow you to approach pregnant women on the street and get belly feels. The camera would switch to a 1st person view for these segments making the experience realistic. Maybe before you get the belly feel each woman sends you on a quest to collect a certain amount of items for them?

There would be bonus games where you have to do things like take candid pics without getting caught in a set time limit for high scores. Basically the game I envision would allow preggophiles to live out their fantasies from the safety of their game rooms. Seriously I need to find a way to contact a game developer. If I had the money I would pay them to make this game for me then I would share it with the fetish community. It wouldn't be something that would be released in stores for obvious reasons lol. Most likely all developers would say no but I think if I offered them enough cash they would do it.

This idea is enough for me to consider going to a video game developing school.

You aren't wrong dude, I've played a lot of Pregnancy games before but they aren't that good honestly. I would love a more realistic pregnancy game!

Summertime Saga allows you to get a dozen or so of the female characters pregnant but downside is that they’ll stop having sex with you. Except for the step-sister (Jenny) who will have your character do a cam show with her but that’s the only pregnancy sex in the whole game.

All of this can be done in the Sims 4. To say that modding is cumbersome is a huge overstatement when it's literally downloading the file and drag n drop. I've legit seen TV dinners with more instructions than modding for the Sims 4.

First person camera is in the game by default.

PandaSims has the birth mod with includes vaginal, C-Section, Home, and pool birth

Wicked Whims has all the sex interactions

All of these are free and  can be downloaded and installed in less than 5 minutes. For the type of game and specifics you want, it'll take a bit more effort than just booting up the game.
