A perfect pregnant woman for me is around 15 - 40. Beautiful, obviously. Around 24 - 40+. I think multiples can make belly size look awkward. A bit inconvenient. Dress, of course. One piece is better. With the right pose: standing, holding and looking at her belly. Once a time i prefer Asian. Once a time i prefer any of them.
