It's not obvious at all. I watched this vid years ago and it never occurred to me that the girl with multiples was wearing a fake belly. I agree that it the belly itself looks like it could be a prop. However, the way her shirt is tucked up over it and the pink part of her pants are poking up looks very realistic to me. Also, when she gets off the bed at the end of the vid, it looks quite real (and very sexy) to me. When she's standing, there are brightness issues so it's harder to get a sense of whether she's carrying the way a pregnant woman would. I don't agree that it's obviously fake, though.

Looks fake as fuck man, how can you even think it looks remotely real? The colour alone instantly tells but the fact that when she breaths or moves, the belly is in 1 complete set position all the time is a dead give away.
