I wish she talked more about just general pregnancy fetishism….it’s always nice to be acknowledged by a pregnant woman (as a community) in a way that doesn’t make us out to be freaks.

Let's not mistake a pregnant woman not being hostile toward us as catering to us.  I do think that as a model she likes the attention to some degree, but I think that she's probably more tolerating us - she wants to keep making videos and doesn't feel threatened by us.  She has made clear in comment responses that pregnancy is not a turn-on for her, and reading between the lines in other responses I don't think she likes the unsolicited requests.

As far as addressing the pregnancy fetish itself, I thought her take on it was pretty milquetoast.
