I'll be honest, I first learned of GoT from the Red Wedding being all the internet could talk about. Then a couple months later someone on here posted this clip so I decided to give it a shot. It's of the Red Woman giving birth to a shadow.

And I decided to open up the House of Dragons first episode Reddit discussion page and the first comment was about a c-section.

The first episode has some clothed belly shots, a bathtub scene where her belly button pokes out, and towards the end she's giving birth, has complications, and needs a gruesome c-section. So watch at your own risk.

That's not surprising. The episode has been out less than two full days. People expecting HBO to not pull any and all videos pertaining to random scenes need to not upload said random scenes on one of the worst, most content-pulling websites in the entirety of the Internet.
