Now, that is what you call a pregnancy! There are two impressive things happening here that I can see. Firstly, it doesn’t appear as though she gained much weight or ‘bulk’ elsewhere other than solely her waist’s truly huge growth. I really do find that attractive in any pregnant woman. Secondly, how her belly remains 'up' and outwards at that size (and no doubt weight), rather than being pulled down towards her knees is another small miracle. I know picture nine shows where it appears this is starting to happen but no where near as bad as I’d expect it to be.

Lastly, and it is personal taste, the fact that her belly shows little evidence of notable stretchmarks at that size is also, I suspect, a rarity in multiple pregnancies. It’s one of the main reasons I tend to ‘shy away’ from multiples.
