Theres that and theres also the fact that many women arent aware that men find pregnancy attractive. Many women are in relationships where their men completely avoid them despite being ridiculously horny and they find themselves with no outlet. So think about it like this. If your significant other is not attracted to you chances are you might not think that someone else would be. The last thing you would do is try to make a few bucks off of it by camming. Thats why I think many women dont do it despite how huge they are and the fact that theyd make a ridiculous amount of money.

In the case of this lady here shes due to be induced in two days so it wouldnt be worth the time or effort even if she were interested.
