Recently I noticed that I can't follow new people on TikTok
I click "follow" and it looks like I follow them, but if I refresh, I'm not following them.

Has anyone encountered this? Does anyone know how to fix this? I read that it was a shadowban, but I haven't found a solution (even making other accounts).
