BaseGel. 36" Latex balloons. Lots and LOTS of shapewear, because it gets heavy.

do you recommend using BaseGel? I only use water, is there any difference between just water and BaseGel?

I recommend giving it a try to see if it is your thing. It reduces the sloshiness and gives you control over how firm you want it.

I have met some girls, online sadly, who do the same; wear a huge belly and pretend all the symptoms.
Is there a girl who do the same?

I've always pretended by drinking a lot of water until my belly starts swelling. I don't take pics often but recently I got so big I just had to take a picture.
