So something pricy on her wishlist or lots of money, that's usually what birthday gifts are nowadays to us adults.
Her customs are now at the hundreds (due to leaks) and I'm still highly curious about her "totally topless with hand expressing" clips.

I wouldn't brush off her acknowledgment, it's safe to say she's most likely aware but doesn't have a safe way of telling without being brought under the spotlight for all to see.

She's a wife, a mom to multiple kids, and a model. I don't think even the majority of her followers know she had her little gig for a time.
