Well, you're right, she could make money if she produced content. Your job would be to guide her on what kind of content to produce and where to put it. If you want to do right by her, focus on what is going to be easiest and most comfortable for her to make while also being most in demand (i.e., not necessarily just what YOU want to see), and helping her get set up on whatever site for selling it. Or, and I don't recommend this, but she could do direct sales if she wants to deal with the hassle.
