This, tbh. In a world where people get reductions I'm all in favor of well-done enlargements, and Alexa's are great.
Seems like she only went up a couple of cup sizes, probably to address any sagging that came after the first pregnancy. I wasn't a huge fan of them between her pregnancies, but now that she's pregnant again they are adding some more natural girth and look spectacular.

If you didn't know her tits were fake, what difference does it make? Quite a big difference.
Something isn’t what you thought it was.
To each their own, but personally I don’t care for surgical augmentation of any sort.

She said she lost a more than average amount of breast tissue after she stopped breastfeeding. The implants were put in to make up for what she lost.
