I am not concerned about my comfort, but I don't know you feel about the potential to be arrested and ruining your irl reputation.
I know the consequence of the behavior so I quit even taking candid video in this year, these post are just old stuff in my phone. So if you don't like it or don't want to see it, I will never share them again.

To add on, I think that people who takes upskirts shots are really despicable and disrespectful of the lady. Your already not respecting her privacy and privacy by taking multiple photos of her without her permission. And to take upskirts, that is really low lifer.

That's way too weird. You might lose your energy because you get critized, but if you feel you need to make upskirts, just go for it. There is a huge risk involved, but you know what you can and can't allow. NEVER listen to someone who has a different agenda. Because you get away with being socially awkward for being public pictures and for upskirt might be different rulings, I wouldn't let this deter you from doing what enjoyment you get from. As long as you don't make it a personal thing, there's nothing wrong with going for it. There will always be people agreeing with you, but not voicing their opinion or being loud and tell you what THEY think.. Either way, it's up to you. Enjoy your life in the process
