I wonder why it got axed? They should've at least given us a ending maybe like "1 year later." At least we got 3 fake bellies in the show: the woman that Played Sophie, a woman who's character was a surrogate that did it 12 times & a woman who played a model. 

There were some pregnancy references by Max thought that were funny. The 1st was in an episode where Caroline had a rash & thought it was Herpes, she got nervous & Max said "you have nothing to worry about, unless you feel itchy, or feel a kick!" I forget what the next episode with the reference was about but Max mentioned that she had babies & sold them for $. Then Caroline looked shocked saying "that didn't realy happen right?!" Max even referenced being on 16 & Pregnant "16 & Pregnant is doing a reuin episode & they found me!" Max also was depressed once because Caroline wouldn't shut up about something & Max said that she hadn't felt that bad since since her water broke on the subway & gave birth on the floor of the apartment.

From Beth Behrs story, a new character in season 6 of Neighbourhood is pregnant, Beths character is pregnant only in flashback, thats why she looks like Caroline from 2BG

Also the second woman in your original post is Tiya Sircar, best known as the voice actor for Sabine Wren in Rebels and Vicky in The Good Place. She wore it for episode 12 of 12 Deadly Days, where her character plays Mary in a play only to find out she's pregnant for real.
