Yes.   This was the guy.    The crazy thing was how bold and conspicuous he was.    He would be sitting down or standing with a cart, usually pretending to be reading a newspaper or checking photos on the back of a point-and-shoot camera, then he would just pull the camera up and take a bunch of pics.  It wasn't even a cell phone or anything, just an obviously regular camera.

Contacting him would be asking for trouble.   He was wanted by the police and now has incredibly bad publicity.


If I was still traveling to Singapore, I could probably find him in person.
If you really want to, try emailing him from his blog (but, you really shouldn't do this)

That news site post was funny. Basically it is legal everywhere ya go to take pics as long as you don't take pics of places that say stuff like "private property" & "no photos or videos allowed" than it should be fine. But as long as you don't make $ off that then ur good. As for the women getting angry thing.. idk if IG would do anything because it is not breaking any laws anywhere.

There's this girl I follow (23) & her brother sometimes took candid pics of her & sometimes her best friend would do the same thing. Surprised the governments keep it legal to take pics but I guess it's not harmful (unless ur a dude with a bunch a pics of kids on ya phone).
