I think I mentioned it elsewhere on the site, without remembering to post it here... HarlequinGemini over on Eka's released a demo for a project called OkuSim that features pregnancy:

It's a nice little RPGMaker life sim/management lite game where you choose a MILF to play as and stuff yourself silly, get super pregnant and become ultra-thicc. (there are optional vore interactions too, if you're into that... also definitely check out HarlequinGemini's art, they're awesome)
