I feel that I was scammed by her I donated 200 tks for a video and she said that she would have it and did not send it to me, can someone share a link on how to request a refund?

You generally can't get refunds for tkns spent. Your best bet is to either remind her about it next time she's on or cut your loss and move on.

I actually had the exact same thing happen, no response with a video but I gave 500 tk to have a custom one made. I am assuming shes just busy and will give a reminder next time shes on.
