Had success with 3 girls of varying degrees of pregnancy (5 months to 31 weeks) in Las Vegas using Craigslist. They were about $150 each, the one that was 31 weeks charged the most because it was harder for her to get around. It was really easy overall though.

I never see anything around the Jersey / Maryland / PA and NYC area. There are a ton of ads for people looking for the women but never any women. Crazy thing is if you cam often youll find that a lot of them are in Vegas and also youll find alot of men ask them for sex. Many decline but Im not sure if they ever accept.
