The Hills Have Eyes 2 opening scene. Not alien but falls along the lines of monster/mutant birth. A random woman is abducted off-screen by mutant mountain men and held captive deep inside a mining cave tied to a makeshift bed to breed mutant babies. In this scene she gives birth and there's lots of rapid belly movement, noises, gurgling, screaming, etc. so it's right up your alley.

As a bonus she's completely stripped so her boobs are constantly visible throughout the labor.
