I also thought I should point out that America Alvarez seems to be expecting. I'm not sure what the news station she is on is called but I know it has a YouTube channel called MILENIO. These screenshots are from a channel called Martin Santiago and the video is dated to July 28 of 2021

I'll usually feed the video URL to youtube-dl and let it try and figure things out before I fuss with dev tools to extract the m3u8 (or mpd) playlist URL (and then feed that to youtube-dl). In the case of Shelby, the fox8live URL worked fine.

If it can't be had with youtube-dl + ffmpeg (I keep both in the same folder), you're probably stuck with screen capture, and that's rarely worth the effort.

Sometimes I'll re-encode web rips to make scrubbing through payback/edits easier
