So lately, I've been feeling pretty depressed. COVID, lack of social life, and a general lack of things to do/people to meet within my area have gotten me into a pretty bad situation. I've thought about buying a van, converting it into a literal mobile home, and just living on the road. Problem is, no matter how hard I try, I've only gotten about $600 saved up towards it. And with the job I'm in currently, it would take me years, if not decades to afford even a mediocre van.

I've been dying to leave this city and search for myself, and see what life has to offer me. Of course, I wouldn't be entirely against having someone else with me, especially a potential partner. In fact, I'd heavily encourage it!! So if you are open to the idea of helping me out in any way possible, it would be much appreciated!!

As someone who's in the middle of building a tiny house for similar reasons, I will say to do as much research as possible early on, figuring out what you'll do for income, potential partner and planning out how you two will live in such a small space. As well as understanding the costs and looking towards other possible options. Van conversions can easily be tens of thousands of dollars and up, not including the cost of the van. At that point, it would be better to find a pre owned camper and just hooking that up to the back of your vehicle or even an RV.
