This is really good advice. Chances are it's 2 and 3. Women don't usually like it when you look at other women, and they really don't like it when you withhold information from them because it creates trust issues.

Talk it out and reassure her that you are head over heels for her and you get no pleasure out of working with these models. It'll take consistent effort to win her over but the first step is talking then the second is action. Show her that she is the only one you desire and your fetish doesn't run your relationship for her. seconding the good advice. just clawed my way back from a near-breakup when my partner found out because i left my "bookmark menu of shame" up on screen when i went out . it was 100% the looking at other women (camgirls in particular) that was the problem and turns out she's actually kinda into it

Thought about this for a long time.  Even back in the Pre-Demi days when it wasn't talked about. 

This is how I would approach it:  Eventually you will both see a movie scene, or run into a friend of yours/hers, or see a gigantically preggo woman on the beach.
At that point, she is the (forgive me) "Elephant in the Room" lets say one of you says "Whoa, she's huge", maybe the other says "But she looks good"  You can
tell from her reaction how she feels about huge pregnancy.  If you have a good feeling about it, maybe just (playfully, casually, ) say something like
"Don't take this the wrong way, but I think you'd look good like that".  And see where it goes.  (then its all about her and how you'd find her attractive in different states).

Some of my gfs have surprised me and stopped, looked at me full on and said quietly "I think so".

One girl, a smart, brainy adorable cutie jumped me on our first date and while messing around whispered "Lets make a baaaaby.."  and a few moments later, "I'll get
