Axis Mundi, the first episode of the second season of The Leftovers, started off with one of the most artfully shot birth scenes I've ever had the pleasure to watch (alongside some heavily pregnant nude cavewoman stuff). I'll try and upload the scenes later (my wifi is horrifically slow), if you can't find it by yourself. There's also some lovely post-partum/breastfeeding shots to cap it off.
