On a HD somewhere is all those "birth pics.rar" type folders that were floating around a couple years ago. Honestly all I do is type in certain keywords into Google or Bing like:

"Unassisted birth blog"
"Homebirth blog"
"Wordpress homebirth"
"Homebirth crowning"
"In labor waterbirth"

And usually you can find some obscure blog where the woman put up labor/birth stuff and didn't think anything of it. This can also bring up a doula's blog, or a birth photographers portfolio. It's great because I can avoid all the porn and actually be satisfied. And also I NEVER SPEAK TO THE WOMAN IN CHARGE OF SAID BLOG.

For example:

This is Kelley. She had a blog about her 6th and 7th pregnancy, with a few labor pics. But I did some minor detective work and found an old personal site she had up with her last 3 pregnancy and births up. I stole everything worth it and saved and never came back.

The only thing to be worried about is that anyone can check how they got their hits for a site, including what you put in the search bar. So if you type in "Hot redhead pushing labor pregnant belly" and they see it got them a hit, they'll get probably a little disgusted and possibly take down the pics.

If she see's "Homebirth beautiful" or "Homebirth labor" or "Unassisted birth pushing" then it could look a lot more like an expecting mother looking for more information, where the blog owner most likely will smile and think about how that's the reason she put it up in the first place.

Actually this thread inspired me to go on another hunt, so here's a few new ones.
