The game reviews don’t mention the pregnant character at all I think it’s only minor and not the main focus

It sounds like the main character isn't pregnant, but you play as a pregnant woman in a prologue at the very beginning.

Here's a full playthough. Basically in the prologue you play as a pregnant woman who's about to be sacrificed. You try to run away and avoid being caputred only to jump to your death. So less than 4 minutes of gamplay only to die.

Aw so in general it's disappointing.

To be honest she barley looks pregnant. In fact, her belly is so not noticeable. She looks more like a woman that ate a big meal. Anyway, I appreciate the developers for giving us this tiny bit of “pregnant” protagonist gameplay however it is not enough to make me run out and buy that game.

While I won't be buying the game, the first character was pretty cute. Shame that's how the game starts.
