As soon as I get a passport I’m going to be on the next plane to Colombia. That place is the land of pregnancy. Sex business out there runs unchecked which will ensure some fun adventures will be had. Also Colombian women use pregnancy as a form of protection and other exploitative reasons so they are more than willing to breed.

I first came across the topic and the Bari tribe in Yuval Noah Harari's book on anthropology, Sapiens. He made it sound much more 'fun' than the reality though. In the book he describes it as pregnant women receiving multiple creampies from various men throughout the pregnancy, in the belief that the baby isn't formed during conception but can be further developed through receiving the semen of other men and hence receiving various qualities and such. When I looked it up though it also obliges the men who came inside her to care for the child after its birth as OP pointed out and hence the practice is less common these days as the men would have their own families to care for.
