I’m glad this topic has come up because one of my interests is what it would actually be like to be pregnant as myself (or indeed as a woman). I wouldn’t say I have a full-blown Mpreg fetish - it’s more limited to how I would look whilst pregnant, rather than any other man.

trust me, buy a silicone belly from Amazon, it is unreal, feels great to touch, hugs your own belly, just no baby movement, but if you drive with it on, I do it all the time, it moves with your belly and feels awesome, has weight to make you compensate as you move

I think I said something similar on another thread, but I would never want to wear a fake belly, as amazing as it sounds, because I hate M-Preg, and I'd feel disgusted to be wearing it. Its fine if others like it, but it just isn't for me. But, if I could I would definitely swap bodies with a pregnant woman! I'd swap with one pregnant with quads at 8 months, and stay til 9 months right before she needs to give birth. During that time I'd rub so much oil on my/her belly, and drink my own breast milk. If I'm lucky maybe I could have sex with another preggo... wow!
