Would anybody happen to know of any stories with similar themes? Things like artificially extending a pregnancy, delaying birth, increasing birth weight etc?

At the risk of sounding self serving, I explored this a bit in my story "Mommy, Where Do Babies Come From?" https://preggophilia.com/mommy-where-do-...ome-from-t. It's a bit of a slog to get through it all. The action around this theme happens towards the end.

But I would love to hear of other stories as well!

Oh yeah! The build up in your story was great. I remember really looking forward to each new chapter back in 2021. Are you working on any new stories at the moment?

Notabot999 on DeviantArt has a few, but the series that closest resembles what you're looking for is probably Extended Leave. There are currently 3 parts, but you could always commission more.
